Dell Streak-latest i-tablet

The latest 5-inch tablet phone, known by earlier name as Dell mini 5, is Dells 5 inch device. The CEO of Dell, Michael Dell, in a press release told that the new Streak mobile internet device which has been rumored for months will be out in June in the UK.

The tablet is actually getting moniker since the Streak has got GSM voice, 3G along with data capabilities and HSPA under its belt. Dell Streak is 10mm thin and runs a customized android 1.6 cup cake UI. The screen has a multi touch support and with 5-inch TFT with WVGA resolution (800*480).

The tablets will be available in O2 stores, online and via third party. Plans, pricing and contracts were unrevealed by the CEO in the press release. Streak is little bigger than the smart phones and Dell itself calls it as a PC tablet.

Eagerly waiting for the release and price of Dell Streak, in the UK and how much bang it is going to do in the country. It will be available from O2 stores and carphone ware house and Dell online stores.
